Who we are

All About Efficiency operates All About Me and decides how and why your personal information is handled — that is, we act as the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact support@allaboutmeaus.com.au.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email address, password credentials) — to create and secure your account and let you sign in. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Bill documents and details (uploaded PDFs and photos, provider, plan, amounts, usage information) — to analyse your bills and produce comparisons. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Household Hub data (household member names and email addresses, recurring bill records, attachments, visibility settings) — to provide shared household records. Legal basis: performance of our contract, and your consent where you add another person’s details.
• Notification preferences and reminders — to send the reminders you have chosen. Legal basis: contract and consent.
• Usage, device and log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, error reports) — for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and improving the product. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to answer your enquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interests and contract.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment information is collected directly by Paddle at checkout.

Automated processing of your bills

Documents you upload are processed by an AI model to extract the details of your bill and suggest alternatives. This processing supports the service you asked for; the output is advisory and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made automatically about you.

Who we share it with

• Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database and storage, AI processing, error monitoring and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record and reseller, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Other members of your Household Hub — only the records you have chosen to share with them.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and bill data while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, private document storage with access limited to your household, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted administrative access.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email support@allaboutmeaus.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EEA.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and secure the service. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will not work without the essential ones.
