Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of All About Me, a household bill review service operated by All About Efficiency. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with
All About Me is operated by All About Efficiency (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as All About Me. When you use the service you are entering into an agreement with All About Efficiency. You can reach us at support@allaboutmeaus.com.au.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or continuing to use All About Me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you are using the service on behalf of a household or organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
3. What the service does
All About Me reviews household bills you provide — mobile phone, internet/NBN, electricity, home & contents insurance and car insurance — and suggests alternative plans and providers that may cost less. The Household Hub lets you keep a shared record of your household’s bills and recurring expenses.
Comparison figures are indicative estimates, not quotes or financial advice. We are not a licensed financial adviser, insurance broker or energy retailer, and we do not arrange or sell plans. Always confirm pricing, inclusions and eligibility directly with the provider before switching. Your decisions remain your own responsibility.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- If you invite people to your Household Hub, you confirm you are entitled to share that information with them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud or send spam;
- upload documents you do not have the right to share;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical or plan limits.
6. Artificial intelligence and uploaded documents
Bill analysis uses automated AI processing to read the documents you upload and to generate suggested alternatives. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by you before you act on it. It is not professional, financial, legal or tax advice.
- You are responsible for the documents and details you submit and for having the right to submit them.
- You retain ownership of your documents. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service to you.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts where content is unlawful, infringing, or breaches these terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate and remove it where appropriate. Repeat infringement results in termination.
7. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, content, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have purchased.
8. Payment, billing and subscriptions
Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. We offer one free bill check, a one-off unlock for all five bill categories, and the Household Hub as a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations and refunds are handled by our reseller. Full details are set out in Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
9. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
10. Service availability
We work to keep All About Me available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
12. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any liability for fraud, death or personal injury that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss (including lost profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
14. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date.
